We have worked with WH Smith since 1996. After a competitive
three way pitch we were successful in securing a three
year sole supplier agreement. Further to subsequent reviews
and audits this has recently been renewed as a five year
agreement.
We've delivered savings of 18% within the first 4 months
on like for like campaigns, exceeded service level agreements
and improved quality and process efficiency.
Over £300k of overhead costs were saved by WH
Smith marketing department once RMF took over the contract
and we now manage all non trade purchasing and POS requirements,
including their Report and Accounts, all instore POS,
FSDU's, Direct Mail, Clubcard activity, as well as Christmas
and Promotional Brochures.
