RMF were tasked with taking over production of Blackwell’s
Christmas promotion mid cycle in 2004. After being let
down by their incumbent sole print supplier we had to
manage transportation of the promotion from the incumbent
to one of our approved suppliers.
This included managing colour consistency and quality on a number of pre printed items to help mitigate the client’s exposure. Due to time sensitive promotional material all POS had to be collated and delivered to store within the original agreed time scales. This was achieved and all stores received their POS on time.
This was all delivered within the original agreed budget and we now supply all
promotional print to all Blackwell’s stores.
